Central North Carolina provides excellent opportunities for whitetail hunting. However, hunts are fair chase and there is no guarantee of harvest. Our guides want you to be successful and will use their knowledge and expertise to provide the best possible experience.

 FAQs

  • We offer semi-guided and fully guided deer hunts. Hunts take place over high quality food plots, travel corridors, feeders, and pinch points. You are welcome to bring your own bow, crossbow, muzzleloader, or rifle on a hunt.

  • Uwharrie Ridge Outfitters is based in Randolph County, North Carolina. The closest city is Thomasville.

  • No! We want new hunters and interested parties to feel just as welcome as experienced hunters.

  • A valid North Carolina hunting license and tags, proof of hunter safety course, and a blaze orange hat or garment. A suggested gear list will be provided upon booking.

  • There is always a chance of harvesting a mature whitetail buck. A Big Buck fee ($200) will be applied for a successful harvest of a buck weighing 150 lbs or more.
